18 Bay is a Chef owned and operated restaurant. We serve a four course Italian inspired Chefs menu.  Dinner begins with four different antipasti, followed by a handmade pasta, a choice of entree and dessert.  Our menu is a direct reflection of the market and  it changes every week (sometimes on the way to work).We make handcrafted cocktails using organic syrups, serve local wine on tap, as well as wines from small producers . We offer a vegetarian menu and accommodate for any allergies or aversions. We are excited to have  Invincible Summer Farms in Southold growing our produce for us this year.  We look forward to sharing with you our interpretation of  the best of our terroir.

Our produce and fish are purchased locally at  Sylvester Manor Farm, Wickham’s Fruit Farm, Oyster Ponds Farm, Terry’s Farm, Invincible Summer Farms, Southold Fish Market,  Latham Farms syrups from  P and H Soda Co. and herbal teas from PlainT.
