18 Bay Restaurant is owned and operated by Chefs Elizabeth Ronzetti and Adam Kopels. We serve a four course Italian inspired Chefs menu that is a direct reflection of the local markets. Dinner begins with four different antipasti, followed by a handmade pasta, a choice of entree and dessert. The menu changes every week. We serve handcrafted cocktails, and a well curated wine list from small international and local producers. We look forward to sharing with you our interpretation of the best of our terroir.
We are located in the beautiful and historic Shelter Island House Hotel and Resort. We were honored to receive the prestigious James Beard nomination as Best Chefs Northeast semifinalists, and two “excellents” from the NY Times.

Terry's Farm
400-year-old, family run farm in Orient, NY supplying us with beautiful, naturally grown vegetable produce.
Wickham's Fruit Farm
Wickham's fruit is grown on some of the oldest continually cultivated land in the country, much of the farm dating from 1661. Wickham's Fruit Farm is an historic, bicentennial farm and one of the largest farms on the North Fork, approximately 300 acres, of which 200 acres are in fruit, all of which is retailed at the farm. The emphasis is on fruit of the highest quality, and all fruit sold is guaranteed. In addition to their fruit, we also love their honey. info
Southold Fish Market
Our only fish purveyor, Southold Fish Market provides us with the best of the local catch every morning. Owner Charlie Manwaring has been with Southold Fish Market for over 25 years and has fished the local waters for even longer. info
I&Me Farm
In 2018, I&Me Farm set down its roots on Terry Lane in Orient Point. After 9 years in the Lower Hudson Valley the farm has become part of the agricultural legacy of the North Fork. We are incredibly fortunate to have Farmer Mimi Edelman growing our specialty produce for us, as featured on our menu. Each late winter we sit together with our “wish list” and look forward to the spring and summer when all of our wishes come true.
Sang Lee Farms
Sang Lee Farms is a family owned & operated Organic Vegetable Farm & Kitchen certified by NOFA-NY. They grow over one hundred varieties of specialty vegetables and herbs and also offer a full line of value-added products to compliment their produce. info
