18 Bay Restaurant is owned and operated by Chefs Elizabeth Ronzetti and Adam Kopels. We serve a four course Italian inspired Chefs menu that is a direct reflection of the local markets. Dinner begins with four different antipasti, followed by a handmade pasta, a choice of entree and dessert. The menu changes every week. We make handcrafted cocktails using organic syrups, serve local wine including two on tap, as well as international wines from small producers. We offer a vegetarian menu and accommodate for any allergies or aversions. We look forward to sharing with you our interpretation of the best of our terroir.

Originally built in 1893 by Marcus Duval, a decorated Civil War hero whose family had been on Shelter Island for generations, the history of the building connects us to the deep roots of Shelter Island. Originally named for its operators, Duval and Payne's was the original Post Office and General store for the community, where residents came for everything from lamp oil to ice and even fresh meat from the butchery. The building has gone through many renovations since, but maintains the beautiful original glass windows and distinctive charm that add to the experience of dining at 18 Bay.

400-year-old, family run farm in Orient, NY supplying us with beautiful, naturally grown vegetable produce.  

Wickham's Fruit Farm
Wickham's fruit is grown on some of the oldest continually cultivated land in the country, much of the farm dating from 1661. Wickham's Fruit Farm is an historic, bicentennial farm and one of the largest farms on the North Fork, approximately 300 acres, of which 200 acres are in fruit, all of which is retailed at the farm. The emphasis is on fruit of the highest quality, and all fruit sold is guaranteed. In addition to their fruit, we also love their honey.  info

Southold Fish Market
Our only fish purveyor, Southold Fish Market provides us with the best of the local catch every morning. Owner Charlie Manwaring has been with Southold Fish Market for over 25 years and has fished the local waters for even longer.  info



Zombie Free Farms
Zombie Free Farms is a brainstorm of Craig and Carrie Wood. It is their goal to keep the microfarm homestead free from toxic petrochemicals, genetic modification, and corporate driven products and ideas. We can thank them for our beautiful flowers, herbs and select produce throughout the year.  info

Sang Lee Farms is a family owned & operated Organic Vegetable Farm & Kitchen certified by NOFA-NY.  They grow over one hundred varieties of specialty vegetables and herbs and also offer a full line of value-added products to compliment their produce. info
